Feel the need to eat healthy? This simple and quick Broccoli, Carrot and Mushroom Stir-fry is the perfect recipe for you to start.
Heat up a wok with any type of vegetable oil (I used canola). Throw in minced garlic and stir around until that heavenly fragrance is released. Add the vegetables. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes before pouring in the water. Let vegetables to simmer in the water for about 1 minute. Add oyster sauce and mix to form a lovely gravy.
Just before serving, throw in sugar to balance out the saltiness of the oyster sauce, and when thoroughly combined with the oyster sauce, turn the heat off and serve.
