Description

These little crostini are the perfect appetizer for a party, or if you’re like me, you’ll want to enjoy them with a glass of wine and a movie!

Ingredients

  • ¼ whole Baguette, Sliced Thin
  • 3 ounces, weight Brie, Sliced
  • ¼ whole Apple, Sliced Thin
  • 4 whole Walnuts, Chopped
  • ½ Tablespoons Date Syrup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking tray with foil. Set aside.

Lay baguette slices on tray. Bake in oven for a few minutes so they start to get crispy.

Take tray out of oven and put 1 slice of brie on each piece of bread. Lay 1 slice of apple on top of each piece and then sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake again for about 6 minutes. Turn broiler on for another few minutes. Watch crostini and take out when cheese is soft and semi-melted and bread is golden brown.

Drizzle each slice with date syrup.
