BeefBall CheeseBall

Cut dried beef and lunch meat into very small pieces. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. With clean hands, mix well and form into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Serve with Tostitos bite-size tortilla chips.

Note: Recently I’ve had trouble finding the thin sliced lunch meat at our local grocery store. So I’ve just been going to the deli counter and getting them to shave 8 oz. of mild beef.

If desired you can also roll the beefball in chopped pecans.
