Description

The best Ramen Noodle sack you will ever eat!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces, weight Ramen Noodles (beef Flavored), Reserve The Seasoning Packet
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pound Steak, Cut Into Strips
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 2 cups Broccoli, Cut Up
  • 1 cup Green Onion, Cut Into Strips
  • 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Preparation

1. Cook the noodles in the water according to the package directions and drain.
2. In a skillet, brown the beef and drain.
3. Add the oil, 1/2 seasoning packet, broccoli, and the onions to the meat; stir fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce and the red pepper flakes, simmer 5 additional minutes. Serve over noodles.
