This is by far my favorite recipe for spinach and artichoke dip…and I’ve tried several. It is super quick and simple and tastes delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic, cooking until all is melted; stir constantly.
Stir in spinach, artichokes, sour cream and half cup of cheese. Pour into baking dish and top with remaining half cup of cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips or bread cubes.
