A delicious, simple snack in under five minutes: Avocado on Toast. Half of an avocado, toast, red pepper, salt and pepper and a squirt of lemon. Yum.
Toast the bread until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado into thin slices. Arrange on toast, top with a dash of olive oil and crushed red pepper. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Finish with a squirt of lemon.

Haha that’s exactly the way I love my avocado toast in the morning, except I cut half some grape tomatoes and put them on top of the avocado… then a sprinke of red pepper flakes, some salt and pepper… devine!!!
