Warm artichoke dip appetizer.
Pulse artichoke hearts a few times in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 8 x 8 square pan. Sprinkle with a little more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
This is lighter than the orginal and the lemon adds a fresh taste.
