Dorm fudge! Requires only a microwave and fridge!
1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan.
2. Place peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup condensed milk in a small microwave-safe bowl.
3. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring at 1 minute, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
4. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
5. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Cool 5 minutes.
6. Place chocolate chips and remaining milk (1/3 cup) in another microwave-safe bowl.
7. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring at 1 minute, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
8. Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla.
9. Spread evenly into the prepared pan over the peanut butter layer.
10. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Remove from the pan, remove foil, and cut into squares.
11. Store in the refrigerator.
