Soooooo easy to make and healthier too!
Mix all dry ingredients together in the bowl of your mixer.
With the mixer running, pour oil in a steady, thin stream over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Store in a large, air-tight container in the freezer. Makes 13 cups.

Hi norniea! I posted one other recipe – Zucchini Casserole – that uses homemade Bisquick. But that’s the only one. So far. Guess I need to get busy!

Hi candykettle! Yep, I use it exactly like regular Bisquick. We make pancakes and waffles with it. I have to ask – what is it you’re drinking in your avatar pic? Looks yummy . .

I’m curious if I can use this the same as regular bisquick. I don’t have a Bisquick box in my house so I don’ t have any other recipes than the zucchini casserole!
