Creamy lime bars with a buttery crust and crumbly topping!
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest (leave out the zest if you want a milder lime taste).
Heat oven to 375F.
Combine flour, sugars, graham crumbs, salt and baking powder. Stir in the melted butter.
Press half of the dry mixture into an 8×8 or 9×9″ greased baking dish. Pour milk mixture on top and sprinkle remaining dry mixture on top.
Bake 25 minutes or until the top begins to turn golden.

I keep looking at this recipe and trying to resist…oh it does sound good!
