A quick and easy chocolate-peanut butter ice cream topping.
Whisk together sugar and cocoa. Add milk and whisk until combined. Microwave on high power for 1 minute. Stir. Continue microwaving for about 30 seconds, or until sugar is dissolved. Mix in ¼ cup peanut butter until smooth. Add the butter and stir until incorporated. Let cool slightly and serve over vanilla ice cream.
Makes about 1 cup sauce. Serves 2-4.
