Just what the title says: pineapple garlic rice goodness. Yum.
Peel and chop up the garlic. I used half a fresh pineapple cut into small chunks. Throw both into a pan with a little oil get the good smells going for about a minute. Add the cooked rice and stir a few times to get the rice all fried, about 10 mintues. You can add more oil if needed. If your rice isn’t salted, add salt to taste. If you like more garlic and pineapple, add more.
I also used half white and half brown rice.
