These delicious muffins are “semi-homemade” – fast and great for a quick breakfast on the go! I make these with strawberry jelly, but choose your favorite. I bet blueberry is amazing.
Prepare muffins as directed on box, adding lemon zest and sugar to the batter.
Once you fill your muffin cups 2/3 full (I recommend using paper liners), drop a spoonful of jam in the middle of each muffin.
Bake as directed.
