Healthy, refreshing and tart homemade frozen yogurt.
Keep ice cream maker in the freezer at least 24 hours before use.
Begin with straining the yogurt by lining a strainer with paper towels. Place the strainer over a bowl and scoop in yogurt over paper towels. Place yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Transfer strained yogurt to a bowl, and whisk in stevia. Put mixture in an ice cream maker and allow to churn for 30-40 minutes. Scoop into a bowl, lay on the toppings and enjoy!
