Delicious and easy rolls that are easy to whip up! I always make these to accompany my cheddar corn chowder—and there are never any left!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cheddar, parmesan and sugar and mix well. Add beer and melted butter, stirring well to combine.
Spoon batter into muffin cups and brush the tops with the egg. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
(I’ve also made these into mini muffins for a company potluck and they were a hit!)
