Refreshing Pico De Gallo that gets better the longer it blends together.
1. Remove and discard the insides of the tomatoes and dice remaining outer pieces.
2. Remove and discard the seeds and the veins from the jalapenos and dice remaining pieces.
3. In large bowl, combine diced tomato and jalapeno with the remaining ingredients, the juice from the limes and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate and let the flavors blend together for several hours.
