Description

Delicious and gooey with a hint of chocolate. Plus, they’re super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eggs, Divided
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ bags (12 Oz. Bag) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened

Preparation

Cookie dough mixture:
Mix 2 eggs, oil and cake mix together. Fold in chocolate chips.

Cheesecake filling:
Stir remaining 1 egg, sugar and cream cheese together until blended.

Press approximately half of the cookie dough mixture into a 9×9 pan with your fingers. Pour in cheesecake filling.

Sprinkle the rest of the cookie dough over the top of the cheesecake mixture, creating a cobblestone-like pattern.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

These are amazing. I made them with white chocolate chips (because that’s all I had) and they turned out to be really great blondies.

I made these last night — easy and killer! My family loved them. I might make the cookie dough from scratch next time, but they are great as written.
