Tasty! Just made these and they are very good. I only added the juice of 1 lime, but would have added a little more! Also, I didn’t have any buttermilk, so I just added regular milk, but I’m sure they would be even tastier with some buttermilk! Easy and yummy! A perfect combo for my blackberry-lime lovin’ husband!

Tried these yesterday, mmmm yummy! A great sweetness from the blackberry with a refreshing zing from the lime. I had to taste one right out of the oven, and for some reason, mine turned out a bit dry at first. Maybe I just over-stired? But after sitting for a day, the moisture from the blueberries has really made these good and moist. I’d suggest that if you’re going to eat them right away, maybe throw in a few tablespoons of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Definitely will try them again!

These muffins sounds delish! As I live in the NW, I can’ t wait to try these with fresh picked blackberries! (But in the meantime, blueberries might make a yummy substitution.)
(Recipe For Delicious— Turbinado sugar is also known as Sugar in the Raw- which is a brand name. Large-crystal sugar would work fine I imagine, as the sugar is used on the tops on the muffins.)
