Quick and easy pizza dough that’s ready in minutes!
1. Put the yeast into a bowl and pour warm water over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients (wheat germ and flax seed are optional) and stir until you have a sticky dough.
3. Knead dough for 5-8 minutes on a floured surface.
5. Spread into your pizza pan and pre-bake the crust for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
6. Add on any toppings you like! And enjoy!

We had this for dinner tonight, the crust was a little thick on our pan 13″ pizza pan, but it was it was pretty good. We will try this again, probably on a larger pan to make the crust thinner, also I added a teaspoon of sugar to the recipe.
