If a blondie is good, a blondie with nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, caramel bits and peanut butter chips is even better!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, cream cheese and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix just until dry ingredients are blended in.
Fold in the coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, caramel bits and walnuts.
Spread into bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
