This is what I’ve been making since I was 7.
What’s great about this recipe is that you can substitute anything with everything as long as you have cooked rice and eggs.
1. Heat up a pan with a bit of oil. Add cold rice.
2. Slice hot dog, mushrooms, and onion (see note below).
3. Stir in hot dog, mushrooms, and onions into the pan with the rice.
4. Let that fry in the pan for about 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
5. Add the eggs and stir evenly with a wooden spoon.
6. Stir pretty regularly on medium heat, until the rice is dry and a bit browned.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste. I like ketchup with mine. Enjoy!
Note: You can basically substitute anything you can find in your fridge. A few good suggestions are cheese, frozen peas, and bacon!
