A margarita so low in calories and full of flavor, you’ll think you’ve already had too much tequila! This is my version of an old Hungry-Girl recipe.
Mix all ingredients together, using the juice from a whole lime. You can even add salt to the rim if you’d like!
For a flavored margarita you can kick this up by using any flavored sweetner – strawberry anyone?????

I made these for my diabetic mother this Memorial Day. They were a fabulous alternative to the real thing!

Just like any other margarita, you slice it and use it as a garnish! I even squeeze the slice into my margarita. Also, this isn’t a blender recipe. Its for a single on the rocks margarita. But you could increase the ingredients to make enough to put in a blender and make a frozen one.

What do you do with the whole lime? Toss it in the blender with everything else? I need to know!
