Description

Fresh dill permeates this slightly dense, yet soft bread.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Warm Water
  • ⅔ cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast

Preparation

Measure ingredients into the machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the Basic Bread cycle. Or you can use the dough cycle, form the dough into a loaf, let it rise 45 minutes and bake it at 350 degrees, for about 30-40 minutes (the bread should sound hollow when tapped).
