Take this to a gathering and you’re bound to come home with an empty dish!
Combine the margarine, flour, and crushed nuts and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Let cool.
Beat creamed cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Pour over the cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
Next, spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer and sprinkle toffee bits over everything.

15 1/2 cups of milk?? typo obviously – could it be just follow pudding/pie filling directions on box??
