By my estimation, this delicious non-fat drink is less than 175 calories per serving.
Brew coffee (in 10 cups of water) in a coffeemaker.
Add creamer, syrups and sugar. Whisk together well and chill in the refrigerator.
To use, place 1 cup coffee mix in a blender with 1 cup crushed ice. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and additional syrup.
