For a beautiful effect, serve these pink sparkling drinks in classic champagne coupes on a silver tray!
Place peaches in a large mason jar and gently crush them with a wooden spoon to release some of the juices. Add chardonnay and white zinfandel and chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
To serve, pour 1/2 cup of the peach wine into a champagne coupe, holding back the peach solids. Then add a splash of club soda.
