I like to delude myself that these are at least somewhat healthier then normal brownies. It’s nice and easy to remember since pretty much every quantity of anything in it is “1”.
1. Sift together the white & wheat flours, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir lightly to combine.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla, and oil.
3. Add milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir only just enough to combine.
4. Pour into a lightly greased pan or individual muffin cups, and bake 30-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven until cooked through. (Use the usual test of sticking a knife tip or toothpick in and seeing if it comes out clean).
