Have leftover mac & cheese in the fridge? Try this!
Place milk in a small bowl and bread crumbs in another bowl. Dredge mac & cheese slices in milk and then dredge in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat (adjust oil amount that it is 1/8″ deep). Fry mac & cheese slices in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Remove to a paper-towel-lined plate.
