A quick and tasty, and HEALTHY dip! Similar texture to hummus, but with a completely different flavor!
Drain and rinse beans, reserving about 1/2 cup of cooking liquid (or canned liquid).
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, except bean liquid.
Process until smooth, slowly adding reserved juice until it reaches desired consistency.
Serve with veggies, pita chips, or use in the place of mayonnaise on a sandwich for a healthier and protein-packed alternative!
Sprinkle some cumin on top for garnish!
