Hi, my name is Georgia and I am brussels sprouts new PR person. These little green nobs are truly lovely little things. This recipe cooks the sprouts so they are nice and crispy, and I guarantee you it will make you a believer, if you aren’t already. Give it a shot!
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Toss all of these lovely things together in a baking dish and cook for approximately 40 minutes, until outer leaves are crispy and insides are fork tender.
3. Become a b-sprout missionary.

i just discovered brussel sprouts and i am in *love*.
I steam them for about 10 min and then roast them for about 30 with seasonings and coconut oil.
Holy grail of veggie!
and to think i wouldn’t go near them a month ago….too many bad childhood experiences with those nasty frozen ones. Night and day!
I think i just signed up to be a b-sprout missionary

Oh how I love roasted brussel sprouts… I like to hit them with a little shot of balsamic vinegar right when I pull them out of the oven and let it carmelize a bit! Yum!!!
