Using the concept of Monkey bread, this Veggie Bread is a pure delight, and a healthier choice too. Also goes great dipped in ranch or salad dressing of your choice.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl.
Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter for about 10 minutes. Do not drain.
Mix veggies, cheese, and bacon with quartered biscuits.
Spoon into bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Invert onto a serving plate, and enjoy!

Picture coming soon, on all my recipes. My dear 5 year old decided my camera was a ball and could be thrown, so it will be just a bit.
If anyone else who makes this would like to send me a picture in the meantime, I’d be grateful!
