My other mother’s sinfully delicious ice cream smothered in brandy, Kahlua, and creme de cacao. To die for.
1. Mix together liquors in a small bowl.
2. Scoop ice cream into blender or electric mixer and whir/beat until soft and creamy.
3. Add liquors to the ice cream GRADUALLY (otherwise you’ll be soaked in booze) and whip to blend.
4. Freeze overnight, or at least for several hours, to set. This won’t get as hard as ice cream since the alcohol will not freeze.
5. Pour into individual serving dishes or into a large serving bowl. Servings per batch vary … it’s so darn good, you’ll be in and out of the freezer with a serving spoon all day long.
