Corny corn bread that’s easier than boiling a hotdog.
Synopsis: follow the Jiffy corn muffin mix instructions and add corn.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 9×9 glass pan.
Drain the can of corn.
Stir together all the ingredients until barely combined.
Wait 3 or 4 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check the middle. Undercooked cornbread isn’t like undercooked brownies.
Cool before slicing and serving.
