Yummy peanut butter Rice Krispie bars with chocolate topping.
Bring the sugar and Karo Syrup to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, no longer. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies and mix until everything is covered. Then spread the mix in a 9×13 pan.
Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the microwave (I usually zap them in about 30 second intervals so the chocolate doesn’t burn) and spread the chocolate/butterscotch mixture over the top. Cut into bars. Enjoy!

These are an ABSOLUTE favorite at my house. Such a fun (an delicious) alternative to regular Rice Krispie treats.
