Caramel-ly, buttery tidbits of heavenly goodness!
Boil the butter, brown sugar and light corn syrup for five minutes.
Stir the vanilla and baking soda into the butter mixture. Be careful, it will bubble up!
Pour the Puffcorn into a large bowl and and pour the above mixture over it and stir until the pieces are well coated.
Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
It will seem quite sticky at first, but after baking and then cooling, you’ll be able to eat it with your hands.
