4 ingredients and 5 minutes. That’s all it takes to make this crunchy high fat side salad. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free, coconut free, Paleo. Compatible with some CKD or Renal Diets, depending on sodium and potassium restrictions.
Divide cabbage and parsley among small serving bowls.
Mix balsamic dressing and mayonnaise with a small whisk or fork until creamy. Pour over the salads.
Serve chilled.
This salad may be made ahead. If you want more servings, multiply as needed, and serve on the table in a large bowl.
