A quick dressing you can whip up and use on just about any salad. Or use it as a marinade for pork tenderloin or chicken. Zero net carbs for this tasty dressing! Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free, coconut free, Paleo, CKD, Low Potassium, Low Sodium, Renal Diet.
Put all ingredients in a small blender, and pulse until well blended. Transfer dressing to bottle or jar with a lid, and store in refrigerator.
Yields approximately 1 cup of dressing, or 8 servings of about 2 tablespoons each.
Notes:
• Other herbs and spices can be added as desired, depending on how you will be using the dressing or marinade. This marinade works very will with pork and chicken.
