This is a tasty and versatile sauce. Use it on burgers, chicken, and fish. Also as salad dressing (especially steak salad), and as dip or drizzle for vegetables. Anytime you need a little flavor or fat boost for your LCHF meal, this is a great sauce. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free, coconut free, paleo, Low Potassium, Low Sodium, CKD.
Mix all ingredients together. Add just enough water to achieve the consistency you want for your sauce, dip or dressing.
Drizzle over cooked meats or salads, or use as a dip for avocado slices, celery, etc.
Yields approximately 8 tablespoons, or 4 servings of about 2 tablespoons each.
Notes:
• I use the Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo to help keep calories and fats down. If those things are not an issue for you, go ahead and use more mayonnaise instead.
• I get no kickback for products used in my recipes. Brand names are included to assure more accurate nutritional estimates. Nutrition information is based on My Fitness Pal’s online recipe analyzer. The recipe is stored there and available to MFP users for logging in their food diaries. Sugar alcohols and liquid Sucralose are excluded from nutrition counts, as they are not absorbed by the body and rate zero on the glycemic index.
