Smoothies are a breeze to make and can be packed with a variety of fruits, vegetables and other mix-ins for a healthy, delicious breakfast or afternoon snack.

Pour water into a heavy duty blender and add spinach. Puree until very smooth. With blender running, add flaxseed meal and protein powder. Mix until combined.
Add banana and orange. Puree until smooth. Add mango and pineapple chunks. You may need to add these separately if your blender is unable to process that amount of frozen fruit at once.
Pour into glasses. Serve.
