These slice and bake Biscuits and Gravy Roll Ups are the perfect quick and easy breakfast or appetizer recipe. They are prepped in advance and bake in less than 20 minutes.
Brown sausage; drain. Combine sausage with cream cheese.
Unroll crescent dough sheet. Spread sausage and cream cheese mixture over the dough, all of the way to the edges. Roll the dough up lengthwise (jelly-roll style). Chill in the refrigerator until easier to slice. (If baking later, wrap the roll in parchment paper and foil before storing in the refrigerator overnight.)
After chilled, cut roll into about 1/4-inch sections and lay on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
