Boysenberries get a savory twist in this refreshing Farmers Market cocktail.
In a cocktail mixer (I prefer a Boston Shaker), muddle boysenberries and the leaves from one branch of thyme. Add the juice of the lemon and tangerine into the mixer. Then, add simple syrup and rum and fill with ice. Shake well. Taste for balance and sweetness.
Pour into serving glass and garnish with the remaining branch of thyme. Enjoy!
