Healthy berry muffins will melt in your mouth. It will be sweet even without any sugar added.
Heat oven to 180ºC (355ºF).
Add dates and a bit of hot water to a blender. Blend to a paste.
Mix flour, almonds, and baking powder.
In a bowl, beat eggs. Add yogurt, date paste, almond butter and mashed bananas. Mix everything together and fold in blueberries.
Transfer batter to muffin pan. Sprinkle with oat flakes. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
