An easy way to make a tasty sandwich spread that is lower in fats and calories than mayonnaise. Makes twice the sandwich spread with no additional carbs or fats. Use as a salad dressing base or sandwich spread. Excellent on hamburgers! Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free.
Mix all ingredients with a whisk or fork. Store in the refrigerator.
Yields 1/2 cup, or 4 servings of 2 tablespoons each.
Note: Use as a sandwich spread, or as a base for salad dressings.
