Made without gluten, grains or refined sugar, this tea bread can be eaten for breakfast or dessert. It has a subtle coffee flavor and is not overly sweet.
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
Cream butter and maple syrup. Add eggs, vanilla, coffee, and milk, blending after each addition. Add salt and baking powder. Slowly add almond flour as you blend everything together.
Fill your loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Enjoy with your cup of java in the morning or for a healthier dessert!
