These simple rollups are very tasty, and very quick to make for a meal or for appetizers. The paleo wraps are made from coconut, and are gluten free. Suitable for gluten-free, Atkins, keto, lchf, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, dairy-free.
Soften cream cheese for only about 10 seconds in the microwave until just spreadable.
Spread ingredients on wrap in order listed. Roll up wrap.
For a meal, cut in 1/2 and serve. For appetizers, refrigerate for about 1 hour for cream cheese to fully set up. Slice into rounds and serve.
