Ice cream made with fresh fallen snow!
In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Gradually stir in snow until mixture reaches desired consistency. Eat at once.
If you are pregnant, elderly, or very young, do not consume raw eggs. Please use a pasteurized egg substitute.
Try adding cinnamon, cocoa powder, or other extras to change your snow cream!

We used to eat snow ice cream when I was little. I think we just got a bowl of snow and added milk and vanilla to it. My mom wouldn’t let us eat the first snow of the year because for some reason she thought the first snow would be dirty. So we had to wait untl the second snowfall. Thanks for posting this. It brought back memories from childhood. Where I live now there is hardly any snow. Not much chance to try it.
