Peanut butter chocolate fudge is a decadent dessert. It’s a classic sweet and salty combination that smooth and rich.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melted coconut oil and peanut butter. Once melted, add cocoa powder, vanilla, molasses and salt. Stir to combine and then remove from the heat.
Pour into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Put the pan in the fridge and allow the fudge to set for 3 hours.
Once the fudge has set, remove the pan from the fridge. Remove the parchment paper from the pan and turn the fudge onto the counter. Slice into desired number of pieces and serve.
