Take your snacking game to the next level with these gluten-free and vegan spicy roasted chickpeas, or add to your favorite salads, soups, wraps or food bowls.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Wash and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with a paper towel. Add all the spices and stir to combine.
Bake for 15 minutes. Give it a little stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Eat warm or cold. Store in an airtight jar once cooled off and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
