These Strawberry Mocha Pops are filled with mocha iced coffee and topped with a sweet strawberry layer!
In the canister of a blender, add strawberries, water, and white sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into pop molds, filling about 1/3 of the way. Freeze for about 20–25 minutes, or until mostly solid. Remove from freezer and pour iced coffee over strawberry layer, filling to the top of mold.
Freeze for about 20–25 minutes, or until it starts to solidify. Add pop stick and freeze until sold, about 2–3 hours. Enjoy!
