Description

These brownies are scrumptiously thick, rich, chewy, fudgy, and oh so chocolatey. The perfect brownies for dark chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Plain Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¾ cups Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1-½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 2  Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF, Gas 4). Line a 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminium foil, spray with baking spray, and set aside.

Whisk together flour, cornflour, and salt. Set aside.

Whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until combined. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, then whisk in vanilla extract. Fold in dry ingredients until combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out almost clean with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
